This Privacy Policy explains how Trinh Pham (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in our iOS apps and related websites (collectively, the “Services”). We design our apps to be privacy-focused and to collect minimal data.

Information We Collect

Personal Data
We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect personal data such as your name, address, phone number, or precise location through our apps as a normal part of use.

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to share (for example: your email address, message content, and any attachments). This is the only time we typically receive personal information.

Usage Data
Our apps do not include our own analytics SDKs and we do not collect usage analytics directly. Apple may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying analytics in App Store Connect (such as downloads, crash trends, and performance metrics). We do not receive information that directly identifies you from these reports.

Crash and Diagnostic Data
If you have enabled sharing of diagnostic information with developers on your device, Apple may provide us with crash logs and diagnostic reports associated with our apps. These reports are intended to help us improve stability and performance and are provided by Apple’s platform.

Tracking
We do not use tracking for advertising, we do not use third-party ad networks, and we do not use data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. We do not access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) in our apps.

Tracking Technologies (Cookies, Web Analytics)

Our apps do not use cookies. If you visit our website, we do not use advertising cookies and we do not embed third-party web analytics by default. If we ever add analytics on the website in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so and will describe what is collected and why.

Third-Party Services

We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or data brokers in our apps.

The Services may rely on Apple’s operating system features and services (such as iCloud, App Store, and diagnostics) depending on how you configure your device. Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own policies.

How We Use Information

We use information only for the purposes below:

• To respond to your emails and provide support.
• To troubleshoot and improve app stability and performance (for example, using crash reports when available).
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and to protect our rights and users.

Data Retention

Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond, provide support, and maintain a reasonable record of our communications. We may delete emails at our discretion once they are no longer needed.

If we receive crash or diagnostic data through Apple, retention follows Apple’s reporting availability and our own operational needs for debugging and improvement.

Your Rights and Choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you provided to us via email. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests where applicable.

You can also control certain diagnostic sharing from your device settings (for example, whether to share crash data with developers), which may affect whether Apple provides diagnostic reports to us.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

If you contact us, your information may be processed in locations where we operate. By communicating with us, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your region, subject to applicable laws.
